that the method of presentation in the form of a CV on video has an advantage over Job Seeker databases in that a bare CV on paper does not really tell the Employer much about the Job Applicant.

All Employers, before they take the decision on whether to offer employment or not, want to learn as much as possible about their potential Employees. Next their qualifications they are interested in personal appearance, way of speaking, face and body language, interests, hobbies and the general impression they make, in a word, in how attractive the Candidate is.
All these points potentially in the Job Seeker’s favour can be communicated by means of a video CV which we offer to prepare for you.

Because a CV on paper does not offer this type of information it may often happen that the job applicant is invited to an interview only to determine these points. Particularly, if the job position is on a higher level.

The option of submitting a CV on video makes it easier for the Employer to take a decision as to whether to employ the Applicant and, not infrequently, might make the so-called preliminary interview unnecessary.

The benefit to the Job Applicant is that there is no longer a need for repeated visits to the Employer, often at inconvenient hours and dates, and the process of job recruitment becomes more simple and less time consuming.

Moreover it is possible that when the Job Applicant has uploaded his or her professional CV on Video the invitation to an interview with the potential Employer may turn out only to be a formality because the Employer has already decided to employ the Applicant.

Our Job Seeker database is in English but you may upload your profile in your native language. We will forward it to Employers in your own country.
